He talks about some of his company’s partners

So, our partners are actually mainly, I suppose, the big tech companies. And they are usually, just by virtue of where in the world they are, headquartered in the United States. So, some of our biggest partners are obviously companies that everyone knows about — so companies like Facebook and Google and Microsoft — and they all tend to be there, but they all have regional teams. So, we work typically with teams that are based in the UK. And we work with a variety of contacts, just depending on what we’re doing. So, for example, we are working with some of the Google marketing team to spread the word about some of their initiatives that Google are doing to support small and medium businesses, whether that be mentoring programmes that they’re interested in or digital skills and training. So, we’ll work with the team to work on what information can we share, when are we going to share that and what does that look like. And, for example, with Facebook we work really closely with their recruitment teams. So, we could be organizing some internal sessions with them — we call them listening sessions — where we, really, we try and understand what the barriers and challenges faced by internal employees are and what the recruitment team think about some of their own processes and systems. And what we try and do with that is bring that together to offer a level of insight and recommendations on how they can do things to improve cohesion and inclusion in their business. So, we might work with them on that or, for example, you know, we might run events, and for anybody who’s run events, they know that takes an awful lot of coordination and planning, especially if you’re doing it for multiple partners. So that is another thing we might have calls on. Yeah, so typically those are the types or sorts of things we do with our partners. We do have some partners which are UK companies or based here in the UK, but typically just because of our industry and our market, they tend to be some of the really big tech companies.
