My name is Will Day. I’m 31 years old. I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I have two beautiful children and a gorgeous wife. I love being a dad and a husband. Love being a family man.
A day in my life starts with my children or my wife probably waking me up from sleeping in. We will make breakfast for my children. Ethan, my son, likes Nutri-Grain or Weet-Bix. Sienna, my daughter loves Weet-Bix. Ethan is five, Sienna is one. After my son is ready for school. We get him ready for school by combing his hair, cleaning his teeth, getting him dressed, packing his bag, making his lunch. I take him to school. I’ll come home and then I’ll start preparing for a gig that night. I will probably have my second coffee of the day. I’ll pack my car with musical gear: microphone stands, PA equipment, all the stuff that you need for a gig.
I will then do some work on my music career for any upcoming releases — I have released some music — social media, etc. If my gig isn’t too early, I will pick up my son from school. Once he’s home from school, I’ll leave around five o’clock for a gig in the city. The city is around 45 minutes from where I live. I’ll get to the gig. I’ll bump in my gear. I will set up my PA system and hopefully there’s some people in the crowd. I play three- to four-hour gigs, various amount of songs. I will then pack up my gear after the gig. I’ll put the gear in my car, and I’ll drive home and go to bed.
