The most iconic queens in British history are Queen Elizabeth I (1558–1603), Queen Victoria (1837–1901) and Queen Elizabeth II (1952–2022). They all had long reigns and left a lasting legacy on British history and culture. There is another iconic British Queen – the rock band, fronted by Freddie Mercury.
