For the July Spotlight, Claudine Weber-Hof and her photographer husband, David John Weber, visited the southern African country of Namibia. Here, David shares the stories behind 12 photos he took in that fascinating country. This is only a taste of what you'll find in the magazine!

David writes: I had perfect weather for this shot of the Gamsberg, a famous table mountain in western Namibia. What makes the photo interesting is the composition: the endlessness of the road going off the right, and the big, rainy-season cloud in front on the left. The silver grass in the foreground also adds a nice touch of light.
