In search of the wild rhino
"Every once in a while, you have a truly remarkable experience," writes Claudine Weber-Hof for Spotlight Online. "Mine was having the privilege of accompanying researchers on a tracking expedition in Africa. Our goal: to see the rare and elusive black rhinoceros."
Starting from the Desert Rhino Camp in Namibia, Claudine and David John Weber set off in the company of experts to find these wild animals. You can read about their expedition in our Behind the Scenes blog, and find out more about efforts to save the rhino in Claudine's interview with biologist Jeff Muntifering in Spotlight 7/2014.
