War machines bring food, water, hope to Haiti

The USS Carl Vinson, a nuclear-powered ship anchored off the coast of Haiti, is producing purified water at the rate of a million litres a day. The process uses heat from the ship's reactor to evaporate sea water, separating it from the salt.
