Life and love get complicated for Bar Refaeli

Israeli model Bar Refaeli is the star of a sizzling new advertising campaign for the Passionata lingerie collection. The 24-year-old, who is also Leonardo DiCaprio's on-off girlfriend, became the face and body of Passionata last November.

While Refaeli's modelling career has been going from strength to strength, her romantic life has become part of a heated political debate in her native Israel. The far-right group Lehava has urged her not to marry her long-term love DiCaprio because he is not Jewish.

Lehava activist Baruch Marzel wrote a letter to the model, saying:

"Your grandmother and her grandmother did not dream that one of their descendants would one day remove the family's future generations from the Jewish people. Come to your senses: look forward and back, too — and not only at the present. Don't marry Leonardo DiCaprio. Don't harm the future generations."
