Subscribing to the magazine, The Grammar Page is what I usually read first every month. In addition, I frequently go 'spotlight-online'. Nevertheless, I admit, I'm a bit, well..., to be honest, rather unsure where or if I can find a place (somewhere here) for asking any grammar question, no matter if it's about the usage of no and not (Is it 'be not good at parking' or 'no good...'?) or the positioning of adverbs in sentences... Could you 'put me in the picture' on that, please? Thank you.
Feel free to e-mail questions to language AT spotlight-verlag.de or to post them anywhere on the site.
To answer the questions you've posed here: If you are not good at parking, that means that sometimes you can park well, but most of the time you can't. If you are no good at parking, that's a little stronger. It means you are never good at parking.
For a short lesson on the positioning of adverbs, see "Adverbs and word order" in our Basics section.
