Mother, daughter love
13.09.2010
"My daughter was born after 23 hours of labor at home on a very stormy night. We had no medical intervention, just our midwife. My daughter was actually stuck. Her hand was stuck to her head, and she was not able to fully descend. When you're in that process of so much pain, you have this fear of, 'Oh my gosh, what's going to happen?' But at the very base of it all, I felt that it was all going to be OK, and to just go with it. Maybe it was her spirit — her spirit was very strong — telling me that everything was going to be OK. And it was."
