Here's a new English verb: to next. You get nexted when someone clicks on the "Next" button after seeing what you look like when playing Chatroulette. I was going to write something about the phenomenal success of Chatroulette, but then Casey Neistat made this great video and did the job for me.
Here are five interesting facts about Chatroulette:
- It was created by Andrey Ternovskiy.
- He's a 17-year-old student who lives in Moscow.
- It was inspired by his use of Skype to chat with his friends.
- It spread entirely by word of mouth.
- Chatroulette runs on seven servers in Frankfurt.
