As you surf around the web, you might some day find an article with a link to site and the warning "NSFW". What this means is that the link leads to pornographic images or videos so it would not be a good idea to click on it if you're at work. If you do, your employer could get into trouble and you might get fired. That's why it's NSFW (Not Suitable For Work).

Now, let's meet Shanna Pacifico, the chef de cuisine at the Back Forty restaurant on 190 Avenue B at 12th Street in New York City. She has helped create its "sustainable meat menu", which means that Back Forty buys entire animals and everything gets used and nothing goes to waste. This video is definitely NSFV (Not Suitable for Vegetarians).

By the way, the restaurant takes its name from the term "back forty", which in US English means a remote piece of land on a farm or ranch covering 40 acres (16 hectares). And by the way again, during the American Civil War, as Union armies took over parts of the Confederacy, Major General William Tecumseh Sherman ordered that freed slaves be given "40 acres and a mule". The combination was regarded as providing a good basis for a family farm. And it's from family farms that Back Forty gets its meat.
