Ernest Hemingway had no time for adjectives. His writing always got to the point. Hemingway was a genius, and so is Steve Jobs, except that the Apple CEO likes adjectives. Here, thanks to Neil Curtis, is Steve Jobs introducing the iPad last week. As you'll hear, it's great, phenomenal, amazing, excellent, magical, bigger, better, larger, awesome, revolutionary, extraordinary, gorgeous, wonderful, incredible, super, terrific, tremendous, exciting, beautiful, remarkable, fantastic, unbelievable...

"I write one page of masterpiece to 91 pages of shit," Ernest Hemingway told F. Scott Fitzgerald in 1934. "I try to put the shit in the wastebasket."

Okay, just I'm know that the iPad is amazing, super, better, revolutionary ........ but what can I do with the iPad? In German you can say: He talk a long time, but he nothing say....

Well, we'll have to wait and see, won't we? When the iPod arrived, people thought that it was just one more device for playing music, because Apple created iTunes as a platform for distributing music, the iPod changed the music business, killed the album (why buy 12 bad songs when all you want is the one really good one?) and led to the development of the podcast. Same with the iPhone and the rise of the app business. We have no idea how people will use the iPad. It might be a disaster for Apple, or it might lead to another wave of digital creation.
