Cheese in Wales

After I had tasted the Caws Cenarth Caerphilly, I tried a little of the Caws Myndd Ddu. Both were delicious. It was easier to eat them than to pronounce their names, but at least the experience did teach me the Welsh word for cheese: caws.
If you're ever in Cardiff and you'd like a great cheese experience, I can recommend Madame Fromage. It's right beside Cardiff Castle, just off the high street, and it's ar agor on Saturdays until 5.30 pm.
