Michael Jackson will only die once!

It's not easy to find the right words when someone dies.

You have one chance to say something meaningful without putting your foot in your mouth. But you might get all tongue-tied if you haven't had any practice in this type of situation. Being reminded of your own mortality may make you feel so emotional that it's difficult to think straight.

Michael Oku of NBC News also found it difficult as he commented on the crowd outside UCLA Medical Center waiting for news of Michael Jackson:

"They're watching something that will obviously never be repeated again. Michael Jackson will only die once!"

For this, he received the "Mama say, mama saw, mama-say-what?" Rippy Award for outstanding achievement in obitutainment (a portmanteau of "obituary" and "entertainment") on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
