What is the Spotlight podcast?

It's a five-minute, weekly radio show that you can listen to on a computer or a portable music player whenever you want.

Why listen to the Spotlight podcast?

Because it's fun, it's informative and it's free! It covers everything from travel to news, and includes questions and exercises that will help you improve your English skills.

How do I get the podcast?

1. Install some software

Some programs, such as the free iTunes, will automatically find the latest podcast episode and download it to your computer. Type "Spotlight magazine" or "Spotlight podcast" into the search window, then click on "subscribe".

2. Find the feed

Other software may require you to enter manually the address of the Spotlight podcast "feed". Each time it checks for a new podcast episode, the software will then go to this address:
http://www.spotlight-online.de/podcast/rss.xml

3. Subscribe to the podcast

Copy and paste the feed address into the podcast software where it says "add" or "subscribe". When a new podcast episode is available, the software will download it automatically. You can then listen to the podcast on your computer or transfer it to your music player to listen to later.
